Microfiche provides an excellent medium for long-term preservation of documents. We use the Microsize 5050 step-and-repeat camera. Images are captured on 105mm film resulting in 4x6 fiche. Titles are printed directly on the film which eliminates messy labels that can be easily lost over time.
